Label Common Items

Label items that are used often, yet commonly misplaced. Items with labels are more likely to be returned to the stored location. For example, label a couple of pens that you like to keep near your phone with a "Phone" label.

Label your Beach Towels

Embroider or mark your beach towels with your initial or a number so you can easily identify your towel.

Convenient Spot for Paint Swatches

Place paint swatches on an inside cabinet door in your Mud Room or Laundry Room.  Label or mark the color with the appropriate room.  This way, your paint colors are always readily available.  When you need to touch up your walls, or when a guest is curious about a room color you'll know where to locate the colors!

Label the items included with your electronics

When you purchase a new electronic device, label the following items right away: cords, chargers, software, booklets and other items included in the package. This way you will never have to figure out what that mysterious cord is or what that CD belongs to in the future.

Label Electronic Cords

Labeling cords only takes a few minutes and can save a ton of time and frustration when you remove or add a new device. And, the cords are less likely to get mixed up in a box with other unidentified cords. To label the cords, you don’t even have to use a fancy label maker. A dark marker and bright electrical tape works too!
